【Abstract】 The stock market in our country is still in an immature developing period.The liquidity of the banking system is excessive.The capacity of the stock market is inadequate and the financial system is weak to resist risks.To avoid the formation of the stock market bubbles caused by the implementation of Clause 6 of the new Securities Law,which may endanger the national financial security,we should strengthen the monitoring of the direction of the flow of bank credit funds,gradually advance mixed operations,expand market quotation,establish a multi-level capital market system,and to ease liquidity surplus.更多还原
