三峡库区城市给水厂多环芳烃分布变化评价

【摘要】 多环芳烃PAHs(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons)是广泛存在的典型持久性有机污染物,了解三峡库区城市供水中PAHs的分布和变化具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文选用EPA推荐的3510c液-液萃取前处理方法和GC/MS8270c测定方法,对三峡库区6个城市自来水厂(重庆主城3个,库区3个)原水与出厂水的多环芳烃物质的种类和含量进行了测定,并对主城某水厂两套常规处理工艺各工段PAHs的分布和水平进行了分析评价。结果表明,6个水厂的原水和出厂水中检出了萘、菲、蒽、芘、荧蒽、二氢苊共6种PAHs,其中萘、蒽、荧蒽检出率较高,枯水期含量水平在1~40ng/L。PAHs经2种常规的水处理工艺后,浓度有所降低。但滤后水经加氯消毒等工序后,PAHs浓度有所增加。

【Abstract】 The present paper is aimed to report our investigation and measurements of the content degree and distribution of the PAHs(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons)in the municipality-affiliated water-purifying plants in the Three Gorges Reservoir region.For our research purpose,we have adopted 8270c testing method with GC/MS recommended by EPA in this research work.As is known,PAHs is one of the widely spread typical persistent organic pollutants,which has obvious domino effect leading to the abnormality of human organs,cancer as well as gene mutation.However,since the Three Gorges Reservoir not only acts as a drinking water resource for the ten-million people who reside in this region,but also is of strategic importance impacting the water quality security for hundreds of millions of people down the reach of the great river.It is just starting from the sense of great responsibility that we have investigated the situation of raw water and effluent of the six purification plants(3 plants in Chongqing downtown and the other 3 in the reservoir region)and classified them through a few days’ sampling in August,2004.So far as we know,six species of PAHs,that is,naphthalene,phenanthrene,anthracene,pyrene,fluoranthene and acenaphthylene,have been found in the raw water and effluent of the six purifying plants.The detectable rates of naphthalene,anthracene,fluoranthene prove higher than others,with their concentrations varied between 1 and 40 ng/L.According to the detectable rates,three sorts of PAHs,naphthalene,anthracene and fluoranthene were selected.In February and March,2005,the PAH and benzo(a)pyrene concentrations and distributions were investigated and evaluated by using two traditional treatment processes in a purification plant,which is located in Chongqing downtown.With the two traditional treatment processes,it was found that the above three species of PAHs also existed in all the other treatment plants though concentrations were varied.Thus,a conclusion was made that there are several varieties of PAHs in the raw water and effluent in municipality-affiliated water-purifying plants in the region,though their concentrations are comparatively lower.Through traditional processing,the PAHs-containing concentrations were found drop down to some extent,but rose again slightly after disinfection(by chlorine).Further research is needless to say necessary to find out the reasons and mechanisms for such changes.
