【Abstract】 A new method for the preparation of D-serine from DL-serine was tested.Reaction of DL-serine and methanol in the presence of SOCl2 obtained DL-serine methyl ester.The ester reacted with L-2,3-dibenzoyl tartaric acid in ethanol at 60℃ formed L-serine and D-serine methyl ester L-2,3-dibenzoyl tartrate,which precipitated from the mixture when the solution was cooled to 0-5℃.Hydrolysis of D-serine methyl ester L-2,3-dibenzoyl tartrate gave D-serine with yield of 74.8% and optical purity 98%.更多还原
