【摘要】 目的:探讨跟骨骨折围手术期应用中医辨证治疗方法和临床疗效。方法:对16例(18足)跟骨骨折手术病人围手术期采用中医辨证治疗,评价临床疗效。结果:16例进行7~14个月随访,参照踝-后足评分系统,优10足,良7足,可1足。结论:中医辨证治疗围手术期跟骨骨折有较好的效果,应重视围手术期处理,减少皮瓣的感染和坏死的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of the treatment bases on syndrome differentiation of perioperative of calcaneal fractures.Methods:Sixteen cases of calcaneal fractures(18 feet) were treated with the treatment bases on syndrome differentiation.The clinical results and complication were evaluated.Results:Sixteen cases were followed up for 7~14 months.According to evaluation system suggested by Ankle-postfoot,the results were excellent in 10 feet,good in 7 feet and fair in 1 foot.Conclusion: The treatment bases on Syndrome differentiation is a good method for perioperative of calcaneal fractures.The perioperative should be emphasized to limit skin flap infection and necrocis.更多还原
