【摘要】 目的评估Sono CT和XRES技术在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用Sono CT和XRES技术和普通超声成像对38例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者的声像图进行对比分析。结果应用Sono CT和XRES技术观察乳腺肿瘤,使肿瘤边界、内部细微结构及层次显示清晰,侧壁回声失落消失,伪像消失。结论Sono CT和XRES技术联合应用,可提高乳腺肿瘤图像质量,增加乳腺疾病的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the application of sono CT and Extreme resolution(XRES) in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods Thirty-eight patients with breast tumors confirmed by pathology were examined by Sono CT and XRES and the images were compared.Results With the technique of Sono CT and XRES to boserve breast tumors,it can not only make the lateral boundaries of solid tumors,internal fine structure and layered structure display clearly,but also make the acoustic shadows of lateral boundaries and artifacts disappear.Conclusion Compared to conventional ultrasound,integration of Snono CT and XRES can improve the image quality so as to increase the positive detection rate for the diagnosis of breast tumors.更多还原
