【摘要】 目的:了解环磷酰胺静脉冲击治疗(CTX-PT)儿童激素耐药型肾病综合征疗效。方法:观察15例激素耐药型肾病综合征,采用CTX-PT及配伍泼尼松治疗的疗效。结果:15例患儿中完全缓解8例,部分缓解3例,未缓解4例。总缓解率为73.3%。结论:CTX-PT治疗激素耐药型肾病综合征临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide pulse therapy(CTX-PT) on the children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome.Methods 15 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome,treated with CTX-PT,were tested.Results The efficacy of 15 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome,received CTX-PT,experienced 8 complete remission(53.3%),3 partial remission(20.0%),4 without remission(26.6%).The total remission was 73.3%.Conclusion The CTX-PT would have better effects on the children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome.更多还原
