【Abstract】 The cultural industry policy has a core position in the development of cultural industry and plays a non-substituted part compared with others.When formulating a sound cultural industry policy,we must comply with the common law of the industrial development on the one hand;take into account its special law on the other.And we must not only base the decision-making on objective actualities of domestic economic and social development,but also accord with development trend of the world cultural industry.In order to realize the policy goal,we should handle well the relations between the objects,subjects and implementary means so as to construct an efficient implementary mechanism.更多还原
