【Abstract】 Based on the definition of "the village inside city",the reason why it came into existence was analyzed in the thesis.Aiming at the problems in the land utilization including the disordered distribution,the low efficiency,the imperfect system and so on,and combining the current urbanization process and the reform pattern of the land management policy,the countermeasures that established a scientific land utilization ethics and economical,intensive use of land,the model of the urban and rural integration "Three-in-One" reform measures and so on were put forward from the angle of saving,intensive use and sustainable development.更多还原
