豆豉纤溶酶的研究进展
Research Progress of Fibrinolytic Enzyme in Fermented Soy Sauce
【摘要】 综述了含豆豉纤溶酶基因的枯草杆菌的筛选,酶的分离提取、酶学性质、活性测定,豆豉纤溶酶基因的克隆、表达以及动物溶栓药效试验的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Bacillus subtilis screening of fibrinolytic enzyme gene in fermented soy sauce were introduced as well as isolation and extraction of enzyme,enzymology character,activity determination,cloning and expression of fibrinolytic enzyme gene and thrombolytic test in animals.
