【摘要】 用改良L.D.Cua法进行多倍体诱变,研究了绿花椰菜(Brassica oleraceaL.var.italica Plench)多倍体育种。结果显示,在不同处理时间条件下,幼苗对秋水仙素的敏感程度不同。用0.2%秋水仙素处理绿花椰菜幼苗72 h,死亡率低,变异率高,诱导效果好。多倍体绿花椰菜在形态、生理学特征以及染色体数目上有明显的改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 In breeding of polyploid of Brassica oleracea L.var. italica Plench the improved L.D.Cua was used to induce polyploidy.The result of preliminary study showed that the seedling had different susceptivity to colchicines under different treating time.The seedling treated with 0.2% colchicine for 72 h could get low death rate,high variance and good induction effect.The polyploid Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Plench plants had great changes on the shape,physiology characters and chromosome number.更多还原
