论转移农村剩余劳动力与建设社会主义新农村

【摘要】 农村剩余劳动力问题已成为我国社会主义新农村建设面临的重大课题,也是我国现代化进程中面临的一个极富挑战性的难题。分析了农村剩余劳动力转移缓慢的原因并提出了解决对策。

【Abstract】 The problem of surplus rural labor had become an important task which had to be faced when building a new socialist countryside.It was also a challenge during the process of modernization.In this paper,the causes and countermeasures of the slow shift of surplus rural labor were put forward.
