【摘要】 以五味子当年绿枝为试材,研究了激素种类、IBA浓度、采穗母株树龄、扦插基质对扦插效果的影响。结果表明,激素处理对扦插效果影响较大,其中IBA处理生根效果最好,ABT1和NAA处理也明显优于CK(清水);IBA不同浓度诱导生根差异显著,其中1 000 mg/kg处理生根早、生根率最高,效果最好,500、1500和2000 mg/kg处理效果也较好,100和200 mg/kg处理效果较差,但也优于CK;采穗母树的年龄对扦插效果有明显影响,1-2年生低龄母树采集的插条生根早、生根率高,4-5年生成龄母树的插条生根较差;扦插基质对扦插效果影响显著,混合基质扦插生根成活率优于单一基质,其中以珍珠岩+草炭+蛭石生根率高、根系发达,单一河沙扦插效果最差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment materials were newly growing softwood branches.The relationships between the hormone liquid treatment,the age of mother tree,rooting medium and the root growth rate were studied respectively.The experimental results showed in the aspect of hormone,IBA was the best to stimulate rooting;ABT1 and NAA were at middle,CK(water) was worst.For the different IBA concentrations,1 000 mg/kg was the best and the rooting time was the earliest;500,1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg were at the middle,and 0,100 and 200 mg/kg were the worst.The survival rate of cuttings was different with mother tree ages.The survival rate of cutting for mother trees in 1 to 2 years was the highest and the rooting time was the earliest, and it was the worst when mother trees were in 4 to 5 years old.For different kinds of media,the mixture medium was better than single medium,and the survival rate of cuttings was the highest with strong roots when the cuttings were cultivated in perlite-peat-vermiculate;and the sand substrate was the worst.更多还原
