【Abstract】 County economy is the basic unit of national economy,which is related to the settlement of "Three-agriculture"and the establishment of a harmonious society.According to the characteristics existing in county economy,for example,the shortage of funds,undeveloped skills,the comparatively limitness of scale,the source consumption rate of product unit and the discharge rate of wastes were rather high.Through the establishment of county economy,with the four channels,which built a overall source circulatory system inside enterprises,between enterprises,in the rural and finally in the counties,we could reach the unification of economic development,social progress and ecological development.更多还原
