【Abstract】 Because of the low income of agricultural labor,the income gap between city and countryside is now widening in China,and the ultimate reason of the low income of agricultural labor is the lack of human capital investment.In this paper,the meaning of strengthening human capital investment in building a new socialist countryside is firstly put forward and then the current status of rural human resource is presented,after that,the difficulties in investing in human capital are analyzed and countermeasures are brought forward accordingly.更多还原
