电磁离心铸造B4C和SiC增强铝基复合材料的研究
Investigation on the B4C and SiC Reinforced Al-Matrix Composite Material by Electromagnetic Centrifugal Casting
【摘要】 研究了电磁离心铸造B4C颗粒和SiC颗粒同时增强Al基复合材料在不同励磁电压下两种颗粒的分布,以及颗粒分布对复合材料硬度的影响。试验结果表明,在电磁离心铸造过程中施加0V励磁电压时,在试样截面上B4C颗粒和SiC颗粒分别分布在内外两侧,施加50V励磁电压时,B4C趋于向外层均匀化分布;施加100V励磁电压时SiC趋于向内层均匀化分布。颗粒的分布决定了硬度值的分布变化。
【Abstract】 The B4C and SiC reinforced Al matrix composite is casted by electromagnetic centrifugal casting (EMCC), in which the particle distribution and it’s effect on the composite hardness are investigated under different exciting voltage. Result shows that the B4C particles distribute inside, but SiC particles distribute outside with 0 V exiting voltage; when the exiting voltage enhanced to 50 V, the B4C particles distribute to the outside; yet the SiC particles distribute to the inside with 100 V exiting voltage. The variation of the composite hardness depends on the distribution of the particles.
