【摘要】 目的探讨采用保存羊膜和新鲜羊膜治疗眼表疾病的可行性,评价其疗效。方法30例眼表疾病应用保存羊膜移植治疗,30例应用新鲜羊膜移植治疗。结果新鲜羊膜组30例羊膜均成活,保存羊膜组29例成活,1例部分溶解,部分患者视力提高。翼状胬肉复发:新鲜羊膜组1例,保存羊膜组2例。睑球粘连者结膜囊形成,眼球运动正常。持续性角膜上皮缺损伴溃疡者角膜上皮修复。结论新鲜羊膜和保存羊膜均可以有效重建眼表,降低翼状胬肉的复发率,促进角膜上皮的修复,防止睑球粘连。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of preserved human aminiotic membrane and fresh human amniotic membrane in the treatment of ocular surface disease and evaluate its curative effect. Methods Pre-served human amminiotic membrane was performed in thirty cases of ocular surface disorders,fresh human ammiotic membrane was performed in thirty cases of ocular surface disorders. Results The fresh amniotic membrane were successful in all patients , the preserved ammiotic membrane were fonnd in 1 case with pre-served aminotic membrane. The vision acuity of the partly patients was better than before surgery. Postopera-tively pterygium occurred again in 1 case with fresh amniotic membrane and 2 cases with preserved amniotic membrane (P>0.05). The shape of conjunctival sac and the movement of eyeball were normal for the case with symblepharon. Corneal epithelium were covered well with corneal ulcer. Conclusions The preserved amniotic membrane and the fresh amniotic membrane may be effective and valuable in the ocular surface reconstruction, It can effectively reduce recurrent pterygium, promote corneal epithelialization , suppress symblepharon.更多还原
