【摘要】 目的观察中医不同疗法治疗稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法通过电针内关穴、口服复方丹参滴丸及针药结合3种不同治疗方法记录稳定型心绞痛患者心电图(ECG)和动态心电图(Holter)缺血性ST-T的改变,进行客观疗效比较,找出最佳中医治疗方法,并为电针内关穴治疗稳定型心绞痛提供依据。结果3种治疗方法均能不同程度地改善稳定型心绞痛患者ECG和Holter缺血性ST-T,尤以针药组疗效显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论(1)单纯运用电针或口服复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛均有较好疗效,但针药结合效果更好;(2)电针内关穴对稳定型心绞痛具有良好的调整作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search for the best TCM therapeutic method for stable angina pectoris.Methods:The patients of stable angina pectoris were treated with electroacupuncture(EA) at Neiguan (PC 6),oral administration of Danshen Dripping Pills and their combination,respectively.Changes of ischemic ST-T in the patients with stable angina pectoris were recorded with ECG and Holter.Their therapeutic effects were compared.Results:All of the three therapeutic methods could improve ischemic ST-T of ECG and Holter in the patient of stable angina pectoris in varying degrees,effect of combined treatment of acupuncture and drug being more remarkable,with significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) EA or Danshen Dripping Pills has therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris,and combination of acupuncture with Danshen Dripping Pills has a better therapeutic effect than that of EA or Danshen Dripping Pills;(2) EA at Neiguan(PC 6) has a good regulative action on stable angina pectoris.更多还原
