Co掺杂TiO2纳米晶光催化降解制浆黑液

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备Co掺杂TiO2纳米晶,利用X-射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)对样品进行表征。结果表明:400℃时,粒子平均粒径为10nm左右,适量Co掺杂抑制TiO2晶柱的成长,掺Co使TiO2纳米晶的光谱响应范围向可见光拓展。在紫外光照射下,掺杂Co的TiO2能有效促进光催化降解制浆黑液,显著提高制浆黑液中CODCr的去除效果,反应8h后,CODCr由反应前的480mg/L降至144mg/L,色度去除率可达到86.9%。

【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles pure and Co-doped were prepared by a sol-gel process and characterized by XRD and UV-Vis.The results indicate that the average particle size of TiO2 crystal is about 10 nm at 400- and Co doping depresse the growth of anatase grains.The presence of Co ion in TiO2 crystal is found to promote the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 in degradation of black liquid from pulping and improved the removing of efficiency of CODcr greatly.Its CODcr was decreased from 480 mg/L to 144 mg/L and the removing rate of chroma of black liquid is up to 86.9%.
