LiNiO2的制备及其在充放电过程中的结构变化
Synthesis of LiNiO2 cathode material and its structure change during charge-discharge cycling
【摘要】 采用流变相合成新方法,用LiOH.H2O和Ni(OH)2合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiNiO2.通过SEM和XRD等手段研究了产物的结构及其在充放电过程中的结构变化,采用Neware电池测试系统对其电化学性能进行了测试.结果表明,在氧气存在的气氛中合成的材料具有纳米团聚结构,在充放电过程中始终保持三方结构.常温下材料的初始充、放电容量分别达250 mAh/g,198 mAh/g(3.0 V~4.35 V,25 mA/g).
【Abstract】 LiNiO-2 cathode material was synthesized using LiOH·H-2O and Ni(OH)-2 as starting material by a newly developed rheological phase reaction method.It was characterized by SEM,XRD and electrochemical measurements.Netware battery testing system is applied to check its electrochemistry capacity.The material can only be formed in the atmosphere where oxygen exists.Its structure maintains hexagonal all the time during charge-discharge cyclying.LiNiO-2 delivers an initial discharge capacity of(250 mAh/g) and 198 mAh/g(3.0 V~4.35 V,25 mA/g) respectively,and shows good capacity retention.
