SiO2改性对LiMn2O4电化学性能的影响
The effect of SiO2 modification on electrochemical behavior of spinel LiMn2O4
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法在锂离子电池阴极材料LiMn2O4的表面包覆一层Si(OH)4,然后进行热处理,制备出用SiO2改性的LiMn2O4,并对材料进行了X射线衍射、恒电流充放电、比表面积等的比较.结果表明:用SiO2改性后的LiMn2O4的尖晶石基本结构没有改变,而其电化学循环性能有显著的提高.改性后的LiMn2O4之所以具有更好的循环性能是与其微结构和比表面的变化有关的.
【Abstract】 The spinel LiMn-2O-4,a cathode material for a lithium secondary battery,was coated with Si(OH)-4 on the surface by a sol-gel method and then heat-treated,so the LiMn-2O-4 modified with SiO-2 was prepared.The structural and electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by XRD,charge-discharge,and surface area test by comparison.Results show that the spinel is the single detected phase in the modified LiMn-2O-4 and the cycling performance of modified materials is improved obviously.The improved electrochemical behavior of modified LiMn-2O-4 is attributed to the changes of their microstructure and specific surface.
