微波处理对玉米芯酶法制备低聚木糖的影响

【摘要】 用酸法、碱法、双氧水法处理玉米芯,比较了经微波处理与不经微波处理的酶解液的主要成分、提取率和还原糖的含量.结果表明:不经微波处理直接酶解其木聚糖提取率和还原糖含量最高的是双氧水法处理;经微波处理后酶解其木聚糖提取率和还原糖含量最高的是碱法处理;TLC结果显示玉米芯酶解液的主要成分为木二糖.

【Abstract】 The effects of microwave treating pretreatment on the production of xylooligo-saccharides from corncobs by enzymatic hydrolysis were studied.After soaked in H-2SO-4,NaOH solution and H-2O-2,corncobs were heated to (0.8 MPa) with a microwave digestion oven and hydrolyzed by xylanase.When corncobs were soaked in 1.0% NaOH solution,and then heated to 0.8 MPa,the extraction ratio of xylan and reducing sugar content reached 22.0%(based on dry corncobs) and 10.7 mg/mL,respectively.Without microwave digestion,the extraction ratio of xylan and reducing sugar content reached 20.3%(based on dry corncobs) and 8.1 mg/mL,respectively.By the two ways,furfural contents in the extraction were less than 0.1 mg/mL,and the TLC results showed that xylobiose was the main composition in the hydrolysate.
