新型功能纤维的Friedel-Crafts交联及磺化反应研究
STUDY ON THE FRIEDEL-CRAFTS POST-CROSSLINKING REACTION AND SULFONATION OF A TYPE OF NEW FUNCTIONAL FIBERS
【摘要】 用氯甲醚作为后交联剂,对聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯二乙烯苯(PP ST DVB)纤维的Friedel-Crafts交联反应进行了研究,制备出具有高比表面积的新型功能纤维.结果表明,PP-ST-DVB纤维经交联反应后,比表面积明显增加,可增大至原纤维150多倍,增加的幅度与交联反应条件有重要关系.对交联纤维进一步磺化,结果显示,经Friedel-Crafts交联反应制得的新型功能纤维磺化反应速度较原纤维有显著提高,反应条件更为温和.
【Abstract】 The polypropylene grafted styrene-divinylbenzene fibers are post-crosslinked by using cross-linking agents monochlorodimethylther.The novel fibers with high surface area can be obtained after the Friedel_Crafts reaction.The results show that the specific surface area of fibers is increased significantly after post-crosslinking,the specific surface area of cross_linked fibers is more than 150 times of that of original fibers’ and the extent of the increase is in close relationship with the conditions of post_crosslinking.The fibers are further sulphonated.Compared to the original fibers,the post_crosslinked fibers react with higher rate in the mild reaction conditions.
