【Abstract】 With the development of residential science and advancement of living standard of people, the design of underground garage in residential area will become an important part of residential area. The article introduces the ventilation design of underground garage which combines natural ventilation with system of mechanical exhaust plus smoke evacuation and discusses the control mode of each component of the system of mechanical exhaust plus smoke evacuation in the process of conversion.
