超声场作用下Al-1wt%Si合金水平连铸工艺参数的研究
Study on Technical Parameter of Horizontal Continuously Cast Al-1wt%Si Alloy under Power Ultrasonic
【摘要】 为提高Al-1wt%Si合金键合线铸坯的质量,研究在功率超声作用下水平连铸工艺参数对φ10mm Al-1wt%Si合金铸坯的影响,阐明了铸造温度、拉坯速度、冷却水量与合金铸坯微观组织形貌的关系,在此基础上测量不同工艺参数条件下Al-1wt%Si合金铸坯的力学性能。实验结果表明:在1 000 W功率超声作用下,铸造温度为720℃,拉坯速度为100 mm/min,冷却水量为40 L/h时Al-1wt%Si合金铸坯的微观组织均匀细小,力学性能最佳,从而确立了制备Al-1wt%Si合金铸坯的最优铸造工艺参数来。
【Abstract】 10mm Al-1wt%Si alloy bonding wire cast ingots were produced by horizontal continuous casting combined with power ultrasonic.In order to enhance the quality of Al-1wt%Si alloy ingots,the effect of technical parameter on the Al1wt%Si alloy ingots were investigated,and the relationship between the casting temperature,casting speed,water flux and microstructure was also studied.The mechanical properties of Al-1wt%Si alloy ingots were measured.The results showed that with casting temperature 720 ℃,casting speed 100 mm/min and water flux 40 L/h,uniform and fine microstructure and best mechanical properties are obtained.A set of best process parameters has been established and can be used to guarantee the quality of Al-1wt%Si alloy ingots.
