合金球墨铸铁在压铸机压射头上的应用
Application of the Alloying Nodular Cast Iron to the Plunger of Die-casting Machine
【摘要】 为了克服铍青铜及铜基合金生产压铸机压射头的缺点,成功制备了铜锑合金化球墨铸铁压铸机压射头。这种新型的压射头具有高强度、高硬度和优良的耐磨性能。冶金学研究表明合金球化率超过90%,珠光体含量约为95%。力学性能测试表明合金的抗拉强度和硬度分别达到了920 MPa和280 HB。与传统的压射头相比,这种新型的压射头的使用寿命大幅提高,能够完全取代传统的压射头。
【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the shortcoming of the plunger produced by beryllium bronze and copper alloy for die-casting machine,a new kind of plunger characterized by high strength,hardness and wear resistance is fabricated by the ductile cast iron alloying modified by Copper and Antimony.The metallurgic investigation indicates that nodularity exceeds 90% and the content of pearlite in alloy is about 95%.The tests of mechanical properties show that the tensile strength and hardness are 920 MPa and 280 HB,respectively.Comparison with the plunger produced by beryllium bronze and copper alloy,the life time of the novel plunger is significantly increased and consequently the later can completely substitute the former.
