TiCp/Fe复合材料制备及组织分析
Preparation and Microstrucutre Analysis of In-situ TiCp/Fe Composites
【摘要】 借助X射线衍射(XRD)、光学金相显微镜以及扫描电镜(SEM),研究了反应铸造工艺制备的原位TiCp/Fe复合材料中增强颗粒的分布和形貌,并通过能谱仪确定了材料微区合金相对成分。结果表明:原位TiC增强颗粒均匀分布在基体中,呈四边形或多边形。Ti元素主要分布在增强颗粒中,并有一部分固溶于基体。由于Ti元素的烧损,生成了有害相石墨。
【Abstract】 The distributions and morphologies of strengthening particles in the TiC reinforced Fe composites prepared by a reactive casting process were studied utilizing XRD, optical microscopy and SEM Micro-area chemical analysis was performed by EDAX. The results show that in situ TiC particles distribute uniformly in pearlite matrix, which has the morphology of quadrangle or polygon. Ti mainly exists in strengthening particulates and a small amount of Ti solute in Fe matrix. Due to the burning loss of Ti , deleterious graphite phases form during solidification.
