ZTW-A-02摩擦片缸套铸铁件平作平浇爬芯工艺
Technique of ZTW-A-02 Friction Slices-Cylinder Liner Using Horizontal Parting and Pouring
【摘要】 石油大型泥浆泵曲杆活塞运动付中,ZTW-A-02摩擦片,材质HT250,由外径φ572 mm,内径φ455 mm,长755 mm,重325 kg的缸套铸件,机械加工后切成4片制成。根据铸铁件均衡凝固技术,采用平作平浇爬芯工艺,中间分型,横浇道在分型面,直浇道位于横浇道中间,4道内浇道,其中2只内浇道与铸件相连,2只内浇道分别通过φ30 mm陶瓷管与位于两侧芯头上端的φ100 mm、高200 mm的顶侧冒口相连,冒口颈35 mm×40 mm。生产1 200余件证明:生产稳定,无缩孔、渣孔、气孔等铸造缺陷,综合废品率小于1.5%,工艺出品率90%,加工工时与原来的立作立浇方案相比节约50%,砂铁比降低30%。
【Abstract】 ZTW-A-02 friction slice is made through slicing a machining cylinder liner into four parts.The cylinder liner is composed of a vat of gray cast iron HT 250, which has a weight of 325 kg and bears the geometrical dimensions of 572 mm external diameter,455 mm internal diameter and(740 mm) length respectively.Guided by Proportional Solidification Technology of castings,it is used the horizontal parting and pouring to make the modifications,such as parting in the mid, runner in the mold joint,spruce in the middle of runner,two ingrates connecting to the casting,and another two ingates joining with two risers through two ceramic pipes.It is verified after more than 1 200 pieces that the production is reliable with no casting defects.The rejection ratio of castings is less than(1.5%),and the overall yield is above 90%.Compared to the previous scheme using vertical parting and pouring method,the new approach helps to reduce the machining time by 50% and decrease the sand-metel ratio by 30%.
