消失模铸铁件表面渗钒工艺研究

【摘要】 在泡沫模表面涂覆富钒涂料,利用浇注时的高温和铁液的作用,使涂层被烧结成合金层,同时,涂层中的钒渗入铸铁基体组织中,形成渗钒层。结果表明,铸铁表面形成富钒的铁基涂层厚度达500μm以上;同时,涂层中的钒原子进入到铸铁基体中达1 mm以上,使基体中出现合金化层;涂层与基体具有良好的冶金结合。由外向内,铸件表层显微结构依次是涂层、合金化层和基体。涂层和合金化层以溶解一定量合金元素的铁素体为主,基体层是铁素体+石墨。钒原子与硅原子在涂层的表面浓度最大,随后逐渐降低。在合金化层中氧原子浓度很高,且在涂层与合金化层的界面区域出现了氧原子堆积。涂层的显微硬度范围500~800 HV。

【Abstract】 The coat including plenty of Vanadium was painted on the surface of the evaporative pattern.The coat could be sintered as alloy layer which Vanadium atoms would infiltrate into the liquid iron and became V layer by the interreaction between the liquid iron and coat,when the liquid iron was poured into mold. The results show that the Fe-base coat consisting of plenty of Vanadium is formed at cast surface,and the depth of coat is above 500 μm.At the same time,Vanadium atoms enter into the iron matrix so that the alloying layer appeares in iron matrix.The depth of alloying layer is above 1mm.Metallurgy interface existed between iron matrix and coat.The microstructures of iron surface are coat,alloying layer and matrix iron from surface.The microstructures of coat and alloying layer are chiefly both phase,α(Fe,V)(ferrite).The microstructure of iron matrix was F(ferrite) and graphite.There are the biggest consistency of V-atoms and Si-atoms at surface,and the consistency will reduce from surface.There is high consistency of Oxygen-atoms in alloying layer,and Oxygen-atoms pile up at the interface between sinter layer and alloying layer.The micro-hardness value of coat is from HV 500 to HV 800.
