机床导轨误差对机械加工品质的影响
Influences of Guide Error of the Lathe on Machining Quality
【摘要】 在研究机床加工误差时有一个很重要的误差不能忽视,它就是机床导轨误差,因为机床导轨是机床各主要部件相对位置和运动的基准,其精度直接影响机床成形运动之间的相互位置关系。机床导轨误差在机械加工中影响的情况一般为:导轨在水平面内和垂直面内的直线度误差和前后导轨在垂直面内的平行度(扭曲度)误差。在了解了导轨误差后可人为地采取几种措施以减小误差,提高机床的加工精度。
【Abstract】 There is a very important error that can’t be ignored while studying the machine tooling error,i.e.the guide error of the lathe.Because the lathe guide is the relative position of every main part of the lathe and datum of the movement,its precision influences the relation of mutual position that the lathe takes shape between sports directly.The situation influencing the guide error of the lathe is generally in machining.It is vertical plane at horizontal plane inside in guide for straight line degrees of error inside and in front and at the back of guide,at vertical plane degree error(twist degree) not parallel inside.After understanding the guide error,several kinds of artificial measures are taken in order to improve the machining accuracy of the lathe.
