中厚板表面裂纹缺陷分析及控制

【摘要】 通过对中厚板表面纵裂纹、横裂纹、龟裂、微裂纹的形态分析,对中厚板表面裂纹的产生原因和影响因素进行了综述,并就如何预防裂纹的形成和减缓裂纹的不良影响,从改善冶金工艺和轧制规程优化方面提出若干建议。

【Abstract】 According analysis of the longitudinal crack,transverse crack,alligator crack,micro crack.The generating reason and effect factors of the surface cracks were overviewed.It can be seen that improvement metallurgy technical,optimization the reheat process and rolling rules can strongly slow up effect of the surface cracks.
