酶法催化合成生物柴油的研究进展

【摘要】 生物柴油是一种可再生、可生物降解、无毒的清洁能源,可以部分替代石油柴油。酶法合成生物柴油和传统碱法、酸法催化相比,具有反应条件温和、不产生废水、反应产物容易分离等优点。对脂肪酶的种类、特性和酶法催化酯交换合成生物柴油的主要工艺进行了介绍,同时展望了酶法催化合成生物柴油的前景。

【Abstract】 Biodiesel is a renewable,biodegradable,nontoxic and cleaning fuel,and which is expected as a part of substitute for conventional fossil diesel.Compared with the traditional alkali and acid catalysis on the synthesis of biodiesel,the enzymatic one has some advantages of mild condition,no wastewater and easily separating the reactants.Firstly,the varieties and characters of lipases were introduced.Then,the procedure of enzymatic catalysis on synthesis of biodiesel by the transesterification of triglyceride with methanol was reviewed.Finally, the prospect of enzymatic synthesis of biodiesel was predicted.
