【摘要】 为验证西红花软膏治疗急性软组织损伤的确切疗效,将80例软组织损伤患者随机分为西红花软膏组(治疗组)和万花油组(对照组),进行临床观察。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组的临床总有效率为87.23%,对照组为81.81%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组症状体征总积分的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗4天及治疗1个疗程后,治疗组疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑及功能障碍的评分均明显降低(P<0.01),且在疼痛、功能障碍等症状方面改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);其他症状体征方面两组疗效无差异(P>0.05)。说明西红花软膏对急性软组织损伤具有明显的修复作用,值得进一步研究推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to verify the definite therapeutic effect of “XI HONGHUA RUANGAO” (XHRG, a TCD ointment for external application) on acute soft-tissue injury (ASTI), 80 cases of ASTI were randomly divided into the treated and the control groups, which were treated by XHRG and by “WANHUA YOU”, respectively; the therapeutic effects of the two groups were clinically observed. The results showed that after the treatment of one course, the total effective rates of the treated and the control were 87.23 % and 81.81 %, respectively with a significant difference (P < 0.05) and the treated had a significant advantage over the control in the total integral of the symptoms and signs (P < 0.01); after the 4-day and one-course treatment, the scores of pains, swellings, ecchymoses and dysfunction in the treated descent significantly (P > 0.01) and the treated had a significant advantage over the control in the improvement of the symptoms, such as pains, dysfunction, etc (P < 0.05) but had no significant differences from the control in other symptoms and signs, suggesting that XHRG has an obvious function to repair ASTI, being worth to further study and popularize.更多还原
