【摘要】 目的探讨参附注射液在短时间内(30min)对窦房结功能的影响。方法选择窦房结功能正常病例6例和病态窦房结综合征(SSS)病例10例,采用食道电生理的方法观察参附注射液静脉注射前后窦房性恢复时间(SNRT)、校正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT)、窦房结传导时间(SACT)、心率(HR)的变化。结果窦房结功能正常病例和SSS病例,在参附注射液静脉注射前后SNRT、CSNRT、SACT、HR均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参附注射液对窦房结功能正常和SSS病人的窦房结功能在短时间内无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Shenfu Injection on normal and sick sinus function.Methods Six patients (pts) with normal sinus node function and ten pts with sick sinus syndrome (SSS) were selected. SNRT, CSNRT, SACT, HR were studied in a short time (half an hour)by esophagus electrophysiological methods pre-and post-injection of Shenfu Injection.Results There were no remarkable difference in SNRT,CSNRT,SACT,HR pre-and post-injection of Shenfu Injection for the pts with normal sinus function and SSS.Conclusion There were no effect on the sinus function in the patients with normal sinus function and SSS by injection of Shenfu Injection in short time.更多还原
