【摘要】 目的:考察不同产地虎杖中虎杖苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定虎杖中虎杖苷的含量。色谱柱为Intertsil ODS C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水(28:72);检测波长303nm;流速1．0 ml·min-1。结果:线性范围0．219 2-1．97μg,r=0．999 9,加样回收率为97．7％,RSD为2．03％。结论:各地虎杖中虎杖苷含量差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the contents of Polydatin in radix and rhizome of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. yielded in different region. Method: Intertsil ODS C18 column was used and acetontrile-water (28:72)as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 303 nm, with a flow rate of 1 ml·min-1. Result: The linear range was 0.219 2-1.97μg(r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of Polydatin was 97.7% with RSD = 2.03% . Conclusion: The content of Polydatin is dissimilar in radix and rhizome of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. yielded in different region.更多还原
