【摘要】 目的:研究复方缬归滴丸对子宫平滑肌痉挛的松弛作用。方法:取预先雌激素化的大鼠和豚鼠子宫固定于麦氏浴槽,“缩宫素”诱发子宫持续痉挛,以张力换能器-生理信号采集系统观察复方缬归滴丸对离体子宫平滑肌的解痉作用;扭体法观察复方缬归滴丸对“缩宫素”诱导的小鼠在体子宫平滑肌痉挛的松弛作用。结果:复方缬归滴丸对“缩宫素”诱发的离体子宫平滑肌痉挛具有迅速、强烈的,浓度依赖性的解痉作用,最大松弛度达100％,ED50为1．415 mg·L-1,其解痉作用的强度明显高于当归挥发油;扭体实验中,复方缬归滴丸组小鼠的扭体次数明显低于对照组,并呈现有剂量依赖性,与对照组间存在显著性差异。结论:复方缬归滴丸可以快速有效地松弛子宫平滑肌痉挛,对原发性痛经有明显的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chalasia effects of complex valerian angelica dripping pill on uterine smooth muscular spasm. Method:The uterus of rats and guinea-pigs which were stimulated with estrogen before were fixed in McB bathed alveus.Persistent spasm of uterus were induced by oxytocin.Tonotransducer - physiological signal collecting system were used to observed the spasmolysis effect of complex valerian angelica dripping pill on isolated uterine smooth muscle. The methods of stretching were used to observe the chalasis effects of complex valerian angelica dripping pill on uterine smooth muscular spasm of the mouse induced by oxytocin. Result : Complex valerian angelica dripping pill has a quick,fierence and concentration dependence spasmolysis effects on isolated uterine smooth muscular spasm induced by oxytocin. The maximal relaxation degree reached to 100% ED50 was 1.415 mg·L-1. The strength of spasmolysis effect was higher than angelica volatile oil (P<0.05 or 0.01 ).In the stretching experiment, the mouse which were from complex valerian angelica dripping pill group of stretching times were lower than control group. Furthermore, it appeared to be dose dependent and it had a great significant difference (P<0.05 or 0.01) from groups. Conclusion:Complex valerian angelica dripping pill can relax the uterine smooth muscular spasm quickly and effectively. It had an obvious preventive and therapeutic effect to primary dysmenorrhea.更多还原
