【摘要】 目的观察麝香保心丸合消心痛对老年糖尿病合并心绞痛者的临床疗效,并与单纯消心痛对照比较。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例在心绞痛发作时予麝香保心丸8～10粒合消心痛10～20mg舌下含服,对照组35例单纯给予消心痛10～20mg。结果治疗组和对照组均可显著缓解心绞痛,两组间无显著性差异,且治疗组在改善心电图及心肌缺血总负荷(TIB)优于对照组。结论麝香保心丸治疗糖尿病心绞痛安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shexiangbaoxin Pill(麝 香 保 心 丸 ) treating diabetes mellitus merging angina pectoris in senile patients. Methods:80 senile patients with diabetes mellitus merging angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,when the patient spells by angina pectoris,those in the controlled group received routine treatment(Isosorbide Dinitrate),and those in the treated group were given Shexiangbaoxin Pill beside. Results:All patients were remissioned from angina pectoris. Comparison between the two groups showed nonedifference. Comparison the improvment of the behavior of ECG,and TIB between the two groups showed difference,those of the treatment group was superior to of the controlled.Conclusion:Shexiangbaoxin Pill is effective in treating diabetes mellitus merging angina pectoris in senile patients.更多还原
