【摘要】 目的对70例住院的慢性乙醇中毒患者的神经精神症状进行总结。方法收集2001年1月～2005年1月在河南省精神病医院戒酒科住院的慢性乙醇中毒患者70例,采用面谈方式,获取其饮酒情况、精神症状、神经症状、辅助检查结果,并做出相应的诊断。结果按照CCMD-3诊断标准诊断乙醇所致的精神病状态22例,乙醇所致的遗忘综合征2例,乙醇所致的人格障碍8例,乙醇所致的痴呆5例,酒依赖17例,戒断综合征8例。患者可出现1种或1种以上精神病性症状。神经系统症状中肢体震颤较多见。脑电图检查53例有不同程度的异常。结论长期过量饮酒不仅导致神经系统的损害,还可导致多种躯体疾病,应早期干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To sum up the neuropsychic symptoms of 70 cases of psychonosema caused by chronic alcoholism.[Methods]70 cases of chronic alcoholism in Henan Mental Hospital were collected and interviewed assisted by tests to gain their drinking state and mental and neural symptoms;diagnosis was made accordingly.[Results]According to CCMD-3,22 cases were found with mental disorder,2 with Korsakov’s syndrome,8 with personality disorders,5 with alcohol dementia,17 with alcohol dependence and 8 with withdrawal syndromes.One or more symptoms of menial disorders might present in the same patients.Extremity trembling was more often seen among the neural symptoms;53 cases were abnormal in the electroencephalogram examination.[Condusion]Long-term excessive alcohol drinking can impair the neural system and lead to multiple body diseases;intervention at early stage is indispensable.更多还原
