【摘要】 目的:观察自拟平喘止嗽汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的疗效。方法:选择咳嗽变异型哮喘患者105例,随机分为平喘止嗽汤治疗组70例,并与博利康尼组35例作对照。结果:观察组临床总有效率为88.24%,对照组的82.9%,两组比较P>0.05;观察组的外周血嗜酸性细胞(EC)计数显著改善,自身前后比较,均P<0.05。观察组各项免疫指标较治疗后均有所恢复。结论:提示自拟平喘止嗽汤具有抗炎改善免疫功能作用,治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘有良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of PingChuanZhiSou decoction by sef-drawing in treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:105 cases of the syndrome of cough variant asthma were divided randomly into the treatment group 70 cases took SanAoZhiSou decoction and the control group 35 cases took bricanyl.Results: The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 88.24%,the control group 82.9%.The result was not obviously different(P>0.05).The amount of peripheral blood acidophil in treatment group was obviously improved that the result was different(P<0.05).The immune index of the treatment group was convalesced after the treatment.Conclusion: It is very effective in treatment of cough variant asthma by PingChuanZhiSou decoction with diminishing the inflammation and improving the immunity.更多还原
