【摘要】 目的:研究醒脑静注射液(XNJ)对脑出血致脑心综合征(CCS)大鼠的作用。方法:胶原酶加肝素联合注射尾状核手术法复制脑出血致CCS大鼠模型后,以正常、假手术及模型为对照,腹腔注射XNJ,动态观察手术前及术后96 h内大鼠心电图(ECG)及心肌肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)含量。结果:与模型组比较,醒脑静可显著降低术后12~72h内动物ECG异常率及CK-MB含量(P<0.05)。结论:XNJ对脑出血所致脑心综合征引起的心电图改变及CK-MB升高有一定的干预作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of Xing Nao Jing(XNJ) Injection on cerebrocardiac syndrome(CCS) induced by cerebral hemorrhage in rats.Methods:Duplicate CCSrat model induced by cerebral hemorrhage through combined injection of collagenaseand heparin into caudate nucleus.In XNJ group,XNJ was intraperitoneally injected,and normal group,sham operated group and model group worked as the control groups.Electrocardiogram(ECG) and myocardium creatine kinase isozyme MB(CK-MB) content were dynamically observed before operation and within 96 hours after operation.Results:Compared with model group,XNJ could significantly decrease ECG abnormality rate and CK-MB content in rats within 12～72h postoperatively.Conclusion:There is intervention effect of XNJ on ECG abnormality and elevation of CK-MB content in CCSinduced by cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
