薄层扫描法测定骨刺胶囊中士的宁含量

【摘要】 目的:建立骨刺胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法。结果:平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD=3.04%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of strychnine in 100.6% GUCI CAPSULES.Methods:The content was determined by TLC-scanning.Results:The average recovery and RSD were 100.6%and 3.04%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and the result is accurate,thus it may be used for the quality control of the products.
