【摘要】 为研究城南细辛的活性化学成分,用乙醇冷浸提取,柱层析分离得到3个化合物。经理化方法和光谱方法(UV,IR,NMR,MS)鉴定为卡枯醇(kakuol,Ⅰ)、2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基苯丙酮(2-m ethoxy-4,5-m ethylened-ioxyprop iophenone,Ⅱ)和P luviatilol(Ⅲ)。化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three compounds were isolated from the roots and stems of Asarum chinese Franch.f.fargesii(Franch.) C.Y.Cheng with column chromatography methods. Their structures were identified as kakuol(Ⅰ),2-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxypropiophenone(Ⅱ) and pluviatilol(Ⅲ) on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis.The compound Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from the genus of Asarum for the first time.更多还原
