【Abstract】 Lenalidomide, a novel analogue of thalidomide, belongs to the immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) for the treatment of multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndrome. By the minor structural modifications, this agent shows more potent and safe profiles compared with the parent compound.
