依那西普在类风湿关节炎的临床应用及进展

【摘要】 依那西普(etanercept)是可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体p75和免疫球蛋白Fc段的融合蛋白,可以抑制肿瘤坏死因子的生物活性,用于治疗类风湿关节炎。现综述其药理特点、作用机制、临床应用及不良反应。

【Abstract】 Etanercept is a fusion protein that consists of soluble TNFαreceptor p75 and IgG Fc portion. It can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting biological functions of TNFα. This article reviewed the pharmaceutical characteristics, mechanism, clinical applications and side effects of etanercept.
