【摘要】 莫达非尼作为新型中枢兴奋药物,与咖啡因、安非他明、哌甲酯等传统的中枢兴奋类药物相比,有起效快,毒副作用小,无依赖性等优点,有望取代哌甲酯成为治疗嗜唾症的首选药物,另外其作为新型抗疲劳药物,也可作为睡眠调节剂。目前,莫达非尼在我国还未上市。对国内外有关莫达非尼的药理学、药动学以及临床应用等方面的研究成果做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modafinil is in a class of medications called central nervous system (CNS) stimulants, and is a memory-improving and mood-brightening psycho-stimulant that enhances wakefulness and vigilance. Notably different from amphetamines, cocaine and methylphenidates,modafinil proved clinically useful in the treatment of narcolepsy is rapid onset, less addictive, less likely to impair recovery sleep and doesn’t produce the cardiovascular stimulation like an amphetamine. Recent investigations showed that modafinil could be used as a new fatigue-combating agent to help military persons stay awake and alert during missions. Modafinil has not been introduced into China. This paper reviews the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacotherapeutics of modafinil.更多还原
