基于开关磁阻电机的车用起动-发电-助力一体化系统研究

【摘要】 针对基于开关磁阻电机的车用起动-发电-助力一体化(ISAD)系统,分析其主要工况(起动,助力,发电)状态下控制策略并给出仿真波形。同时采用TMS320F240型数字信号处理器和EPM7128S型复杂可编程逻辑门阵列构成核心控制器。最后以1kW三相6/4开关磁阻电机为样机完成起动-助力-发电实验,给出了实验波形和分析结论。实验结果表明,该控制器及其控制策略是有效的,基于开关磁阻电机的车用IS-AD系统在工程实践上是可行的。

【Abstract】 The paper contraposes Integrated Starter Alternator Damper(ISAD) system used in vehicle based on Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM), analyses its mostly working statuses including starter、assister、generator, puts forward control strategies on mostly working statuses and the simulation waves are given. The controller based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320F240 and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) EPM7128S is designed. The experiments on a three phases 6/4 structure SRS/G prototype are done. The waves and the analysis of results are given. The experimental results indicate that the controller and control strategies are valid, the ISAD system used in vehicle based on SRM is feasible in project practice.
