基于数字信号处理器的直流电机弱磁调速系统设计
Design of Speed Adjusting with Field Weakening System for DC Motor Based on DSP
【摘要】 采用数字信号处理器(DSP)控制器,设计了具有电压前馈和电流截止负反馈的转速闭环弱磁调速系统。根据被控电机的特殊要求及DSP控制器的硬件结构,详细阐述了控制策略和实现方法。在此基础上,利用数字滤波及看门狗技术,提高了系统的抗干扰性能。实验证明,该控制系统可靠性高、结构简单、稳定性好。
【Abstract】 The speed adjusting system with field weakening with voltage feedforward, current closed negative feedback and speed closed loop was designed by adopting digital signal processor (DSP). According to the special requirements of controlled motor and hardware configuration of DSP controller, the particular control strategy and the implementation were expatiated. By adding digital filter and watch dog technic, the immunity performance of the system was upgraded. Experiments prove that the control system features high reliability, simpler construction and higher stability.
