【摘要】 目的探讨微创穿刺引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析近3年来该院采用穿刺引流术治疗55例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果全组55例微创穿刺引流手术均获成功,其中治愈49例(89.1%),复发6例(10.9%),发生并发症4例(7.3%),无死亡病例。结论微创穿刺引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿具有安全简便、疗效好、创伤小及并发症少等优点,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the techniques and clinical outcome of tiny traumatic intracranialpuncture and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.[Methods] The clinical data of 55 cases with chronic subdural hematoma,who underwent intracranialpuncture and drainage in our hospital in recent 3 years,were retrospectively analyzed.[Results] Intracranialpuncture and drainage was successfully performed in all the patients.49 of 55 cases were cured(89.1%),recurrence occurred in 6(10.9%),postoperative complications in 4(7.3%)and no mortality existed.[Conclusions] Intracranialpuncture and drainage deserve clinical application due to the advantages such as security,simpleness and convenience,nice curative effect,slight trauma and few complications.更多还原
