【摘要】 采用蒸馏萃取顶空分离前处理方法及气相色谱—质谱联用分析技术,探索有机肥对白肋烟香味物及吸味品质的影响。结果表明,施有机肥与未施有机肥(CK)香味物成分及含量差异较明显,检测的42种香味物成分中,各处理共有成分36种,施用菜籽饼或施厩肥+菜籽饼处理比CK多5种,施用厩肥处理比CK多2种。综合各处理烟叶香味物成分含量、常规化学成分及评吸结果,总体烟叶品质以施菜籽饼的最好,施厩肥+菜籽饼的次之,施厩肥的较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of organic fertilizers on volatile matter and smoking quality in burley tobacco were studied with simultaneous distillation and extraction,headspace separate and GC/MS.The results showed that the content and composition of volatile matter under applying different organic fertilizers were different.The thirty-six volatile matter were common among the 42 ones tested.To the treatment of applying rapeseed cake or rapeseed cake and stall manure, the kinds of volatile matter were five more than that of CK.To applying stall manure,the kinds of volatile matter were two more than that of CK.In a word the quality of leaves under applying rapeseed cake was the best,applying rapeseed cake together with the stall manure was the second while applying stall manure was reletatively poor.更多还原
