【Abstract】 Bemisia tabaci displayed red-brown color 96h after Beauveria bassiana was inoculated onto the insect bodies.Paraffin sections showed that there were blastospores of Beauveria bassiana beneath the cuticle of Bemisia tabaci 36h later.Mycelia emerged in the bodies 48h after inoculation and corpus adiposum could be seen 60h later.Pathogenicity started to appear inside the bodies within 96h.The border of muscles dimmed and some fungus hypha could be observed in the tissues.The hypha grew from the cuticle 120h later and a mycelial layer was formed on the cuticle 132h later.更多还原
