舱筏结构动态特性的理论与试验研究

【摘要】 为充分利用舱段动力舱空间和提高其隐蔽性能,对辅机设备采用了侧挂式浮筏隔振设计。以带电机组的浮筏隔振装置的舱段为研究对象,利用试验和理论计算的方法确定发电机组与实际工作状态一致的激励力,同时考虑浮筏隔振系统橡胶隔振器的非线性动刚度,采用有限元和边界元相结合的流固耦合理论,研究浮筏隔振系统的参数变化对舱段振动特性的影响规律。通过舱段缩比模型水下试验验证了理论计算方法的可靠性和侧挂式浮筏系统的隔振效果。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements of silence and concealment,a side-hang floating raft isolation system was designed to reduce the vibration and noise of power machine in a submarine.Combined method of finite element and boundary element(FEM/BEM) was used to simulate vibration and sound radiation characteristic of submerged cabin.The numerical exciting force was confirmed with experiment and theoretical method.And the nonlinear stiffness of rubber absorber was also considered with experimental results.For a miniature cabin model,the relations between vibration transmission and the parameters of the floating raft isolation system were discussed,and the overall acceleration level was used to assess the isolation effect.Through the experiment of the miniature model of the submarine,the theoretical validity and the isolation effect were proved,and the vibration behavior was then obtained from the experimental results.
